The maintenance work from the service-department for your tenants is a core activity. Execution of these activities requires lots of administration which can be time consuming.
The intake form is the base of your administration, but those forms can get lost or are written illegibly. In addition it takes a lot of time to process the completed work orders and invoices; twice as much work and the risk of late invoicing and therefore late payments. Other concerns can include schedule changes and the inability to located employees or determining the status of jobs.

When a tenant call all your scheduler has to do is schedule a new assignment; fill in the address and a short job specification in the system. The Technician receives the assignment complete with all relevant information on his PDA. The scheduler immediately receives information from the Technician about the status of the assignment. Once the job has been finished the Technician simply indicates this in his PDA, including the signature of the customer. All the information needed for an invoice is immediately available.
