The core business of your company is installation and servicing of security systems. In order to execute these activities in the most efficient and effective way, you perform all the necessary tasks. This includes the administration.

The work order is the base of the administration. The mechanic spends a lot of time to collect these work orders and bring them back to the office, once they are completed. Another problem is that the work orders get lost or are written illegibly. Therefore, it takes a lot of time to process the completed work orders in invoices. Twice as much work, the risk of late invoicing and therefore late payments. Another problem is the intervening change of planning. The planner is unsure of the whereabouts of the mechanic, what the status of the job is and when the job is finished.

After a new assignment, you fill in the address and a short job specification in the system. The mechanic receives the assignment complete with all relevant information on his PDA. The planner immediately receives information from the mechanic about the status of the assignment.  Once the job has been finished, the mechanic states this in his PDA, including the signature of the customer. All the information needed for an invoice is immediately available.
